1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Protcl Pets website (protclpets.com.au) and the purchase of products, including K9-20, from our online store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
Protcl Pets Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products
K9-20 is a nutritional supplement powder formulated for dogs. All products are manufactured in Australia and are intended for animal use only.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
7. Subscription Orders
7.1 Auto-Renewal Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, as selected at checkout). By subscribing, you authorise Protcl Pets to charge your nominated payment method at each renewal interval.
7.2 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@protclpets.com.au. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. No cancellation fees apply.
7.3 Subscription Pricing Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 14 days notice of any price change to active subscribers before it takes effect.
7.4 Failed Payments If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment remains unsuccessful after two attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and your order will not be dispatched until payment is resolved.
8. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all orders, no questions asked.
To request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date, contact us at support@protclpets.com.au with your order number. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are at our discretion and will be communicated at the time of your request.
Our refund policy operates alongside and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 60-day period.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protcl Pets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Protcl Pets and K9-20 brand names, logos, product names, copy, images, and trade dress — is the intellectual property of Protcl Pets Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
12. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our site and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted and accept no liability for any loss resulting from your inability to access it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of last update. Continued use of our site or placement of an order after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
